Ticket Collection:

Q: I’ve bought tickets on the C2 website, will you post them to me or can I collect them from the venue before the gig?

A: All Concorde2 ticket purchases are collection on the door on the night of the show only; please bring your reference number and/or confirmation email with you. We do not post tickets or keep hard copies at the venue.

Booking Fee:

Q: What is a booking fee and can I avoid paying it?

A: Booking fee is unavoidable and all venues/ticket outlets charge this. The booking fee is actually an administration fee, which covers website maintenance, office work, credit card transactions etc. Concorde2 charges the lowest booking fee out of all online agents, so you're still better off buying tickets directly from us, plus you'll be supporting an independent venue and all the great gigs we bring to Brighton.

Age Restrictions:

Q: How old do I need to be to attend gigs and clubnights at your venue?

A: For most of our live shows which take place early in the evening, our age restriction policy is 14+ (unless otherwise stated). Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and up to four under 16s can be looked after by one adult. All our clubnights are strictly over 18s only, and photo ID is required (current passport or drivers license). Please note that some live shows are 18+, so it’s best to double check age restrictions on our website before purchasing tickets.

Refunds:

Q: I won’t be able to attend a show, how can I get a refund?

A: Concorde2 offers refunds for all phone and online purchases up to 72 hours prior to the gig. You can claim your refund by calling the box office on 01273 673311 or emailing hello@concorde2.co.uk with your order details.

Q: I received a refund for my ticket purchase but I haven’t been refunded the booking fee, why is this?

A: I’m afraid our terms of purchase state that any refunds do not include the booking fee. This is due to the costs of administration, as the booking fee covers office work, credit card purchase fees (which in the case of refunds are double as they are treated as two separate transactions), website maintenance etc all of which are necessary for the office side of the company to function.

Sold Out:

Q: I was trying to get tickets for a show but the website says it’s sold out. Can I get tickets from other outlets or at the door on the night of the gig?

A: Concorde2 keeps constant track of ticket sales, including sales by all other ticket outlets. Once a show is sold out everywhere the website is immediately updated. If you see a ‘sold out’ sign under the gig on the website, this means that there are no tickets left anywhere. Please also note that we don’t get tickets returned to the venue and with sold out shows there won’t be any on sale at the door.

On Hold:

Q: I tried to buy tickets from your website but it says the show is ‘on hold’. What does this mean?

A: ‘On hold’ means that we are currently updating the ticket allocation for that gig, and tickets will be available again shortly. There is no need to worry, as the show will still go ahead as scheduled (unless otherwise stated).

Cancellations:

Q: I bought tickets for a show that has now been cancelled, what do I need to do?

A: Concorde2 informs all customers of a gig cancellation via email or over the phone. If you have bought your tickets online, your purchase will be automatically refunded back to your account (minus the booking fee, for more information on booking fees please see above). If you have any queries regarding a cancelled show please do not hesitate to call the C2 box office on 01273 673311 or email hello@concorde2.co.uk .

Rescheduled Shows:

Q: I bought tickets for a show that has been re-scheduled to a later date, what do I need to do now?

A: Old tickets for rescheduled shows remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, ticket refunds are available at the point of purchase.

Re-admissions:

Q: If I leave the venue during a show will I be admitted back in?

A: You are welcome to go outside to designated cigarette areas, but there are no re-admissions should you choose to leave the venue entirely.

Timings:

Q: I would like to know what time the gig starts and finishes, how can I find this out?

A: Door opening and curfew times can be found on our website. The venue usually receives final running orders for gigs on the day of the show, and this information can be obtained by calling the box office on 01273 673311.
