Grace Petrie
For a decade and a half, Grace Petrie has been one of the UK’s most urgent and passionate songwriters. Coming of age amidst the coalition government, her politically charged folk music quickly gained national attention and propelled her to the main stages of folk festivals from Cambridge to Vancouver to the Blue Mountains of Australia. Characterised by razor-sharp lyricism and the unmistakable passion of her stage presence, her live shows have become synonymous with a unique atmosphere of hope and solidarity, while the LGBTQ anthem Black Tie has racked up 1.5 million streams and provided the soundtrack of expression for young queer folks all over the world.
