Thrown

Thrown is a Swedish hardcore/metalcore band from Stockholm, featuring vocalist Marcus Lundqvist, guitarists Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm, and drummer/producer Buster Odeholm. The band debuted in 2022 with their EP Extended Pain, followed by their debut full-length album Excessive Guilt in 2024, which earned them the “Best Breakthrough Album” award at the
Heavy Music Awards 2025, while winning "Best Breakthrough Live Artist" in 2024.
